Hi All, did anyone take a note of Phil Vickerys recipy for the lemon sherbet powder on this mornings recipy please.

carol he didnt give a recipe as such just the ingredients,try there website to see if its on there!!!

Hi, I tried that but it only has the tangerine powder recipy, but thanks for your reply, Carol.

I have also looked on site and agree the sherbet recipe is not there, also it does not tell you to bring the peel to the boil in plain water and strain three times before cooking with the other ingredients !I often find these type of errors and omissions on the This Morning website!

carol you might try emailing phil on the show, i think he would tell you,think there was ctitric acid and bicarbonate of soda in it,but he didnt mention the quantities,try emailing phil on the show,he might send you the recipe and if so pass it on lol!!!
