been on hold for 30 minutes - ffs!! only want to top up annoying childs phone - won't be able to afford to at this rate!!!

It won't allow her to top up on line as she has done this 'too frequently' so I am trying to do it over the phone - but being subject to being ignored and yet piled with crappy old music to boot!! I'm getting so cross - the poor child that gets me in the end will get their ass fried!!!
