You would be better right clicking on the image and printing it as a jpeg

when i right click on image i don't see jpeg ??
Klik on the picture you inserted into Word. Hold down left mouse and drag the arrows of the inserted picture out to fill the page.
A small image enlarged to fit A4 will look pooh unless it has the resolution.
sngged has hit the nail on the head with the main problem... a little pic printed a4 size is going to look rubbish.
Question Author
so how do you print pictures A4 size
if your picture is in MY PICTURES on computer click on it to highlight then down left hand side click on print picture. Printing wizard will come up just click next til you come to picture sizes very easy this way. hope you can follow this.
Do what I said above to stretch your picture, then press Ctrl & P together, print window will come up.....follow instructions to print.
Everybody is still missing the point.

if the picture is small to start with and you print it large then it will look dreadful

if you want to print a a4 sized picture then you will need to start with a larger image which is of a high enough quality to enable you to enlarge it.
