Pension from Wages
1 Answers
The branch that I work for in admin was sold to another company late last year.
Myself and a few others were paying into the old company pension which was stopped as it was a company pension.
Since the new company bought us they have continued to deduct our pension contribution's but without telling us why.
I believe they are 'putting it aside' until they sort something out - eg another pension scheme.
The owner ( who sorts wages etc out ) is a complete nasty idiot ( thats another story ) but he's not telling us what hes doing with our money.
This has been going on for about 4 months now - is this legal? To take our money from our wages & not do anything with it?
Any info would be appreciated
