peanut buttter sauce

Well, the sauce is Peanut Sauce, but you can make a quick acceptable substitute form peanut butter. Basically put a couple of tablespoons full in a saucepan, add some water and warm it while stirring.

 

Of course it will be like warm liquid peanut butter so to make it more 'authentic' add (if you have them) some soy sauce, and a dash of Thai fish sauce.
