Can anyone recommend the best 'free' spyware programs.  At the moment I am using 'Spybot Search & Destroy' and 'Ad-Aware SE Personal'. Are they any good ? Also, do they actually spy on you aswell ?

the best one i Have found and is free is the one Micorsoft have just released. It is siimply and effective. I downloaded it and ran it and found 38 spyware programs. Since delting them my machine is so much faster. It can be found in their dowload section.
