docspock's link is to a site which will, given the address, convert a video from somewhere like youtube, into a format you can more easily play on your PC. You still have to find the movie, and you download the converted file afterwards.
I doubt that anyone here is going to tell you how to find and download the latest movies, given that file sharing of copyright material is illegal.
You could, however, have a look at www.ninjavideo.net, www.megavideo.com, www.sidereel.com and www.veoh.com all of which have links to some movies that you can watch on line. Just be aware that for some of the ninjavideo files you will need Divx installed on your computer and will also need to run their helper applet, that megavideo restricts you to around 72 minutes unless you sign up and pay (but you can go back an hour later and watch the remainder !), and not all of the links at sidereel are reliable or 100% safe. Oh yes, and there are times when all of those sites can be very slow.

It was a bit late when I wrote that last night, so I'll add a bit more. AVG is fine for dealing with viruses, but there are other kinds of nasty out there which AVG won't handle.
Download, install and run from time to time, Lavasoft Adaware, Spybot Search and Destroy and Malwarebytes Anti-malware (you can Google them to get to the download sites). Between them they will deal with most of the nasties AVG doesn't pick up. They don't run automatically, so get into the habit of running all of them them at intervals. and don't forget to have them check for updates before running a scan with them.
