I have just found out that a couple of my friends have not been getting my e.mails, (thought I was Shirley no mates!) Can anyone suggest anything I can do to find out why this is happening (or not happening in this case!) Thank you in advance, Shirl

your obviously using outlook express I take it, but who is your mail provider (the part after the @ in your email address) and who are you sending them too thats having problems, have the couple of friends got anything in common (i.e. both with AOL for example).

Also have the people your sending to checked their junk mail folder to see if your mails are being filtered out as spam?

hi Chuck, yes I am with O.E. my mail provider is NTL . Nothing in common, one with BT and one has blueyonder in her address. I think they will have checked their junk mail, it isn't every one I send, maybe one in three doesn't get thro'. Thank you for replying, Shirl
