PMT - Jekyll and Hyde?
2 Answers
Can anyone give me their horror stories of PMT? Personality changes, depression, etc - and how did you combat it? I've tried every potion in the book and seem to get nowhere fast.

Once I walked into a low branch on a tree which scratched my chin and really stung and was very embarrasing but was with my boyfriend and his mum and her friend at the time, about to go with my boyfriend to give them a lift in to town, as soon as they got out of the car I burst in to tears, much to the shock of my boyfriend! He asked me what was wrong and I said in appropriate childish way "My (sniff) chin (sniff) really (sniff) huuurtss!!" (sobbing inconsolably) Later that evening I recounted the story to my friend as was quite surprised with myself but then found myself getting quite teary at the mere memory of it! With regards to how to combat it have you tried Bachs Rescue Remedies? There's also another type that someone on here recommended to me ages a go but I can't remember it now.
