No 'at' sign on keyboard

On my laptop I can't get the 'at' sign to work. When I press shift I get this ". Anyone know what to do please as I can't log in to anywhere! Thanks

I can't be bothered to type it all... but you have the USA keyboard setup at the moment... heres how to change it, but obviously where it says add usa you need to add and select english (united kingdom) instead
