Pop-up cuts me off, something to do with Firefox:

AppName: firefox.exe AppVer: 1.9.0.3257 ModName: npswf32.dll
ModVer: 9.0.124.0 Offset: 00092fff

any clues to problem?

Uninstall in your add/remove programs, and download it again.

Your settings will not be lost.

It's your shockwave flash plugin. Upgrading to version 10 may fix the problem. Just go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIG P and click on the "Agree and Install Now" button. If it's still a problem then uninstall flash downgrade to flash version 8.
