Scottish Power
28 Answers
Hi all. We have our gas and electric with Scottish power and pay by direct debit. In September we were paying 88 per month. Then they put it up to 103, now they want to put it up to 127. Is this average, expensive or what?
Would like some feedback please.
BTW, there are 3 of us in a 3 bed house.

I decided to stay on my pre-payment meters...the thought of a huge bill every quarter scares me!
I currently pay about 80 per month for gas....and 20-25 on elec...that is for a 3-bed maisonette. I have to keep the radiators in the unused rooms on,as it gets so damp down here.
I still freeze.....bring on summer-pleeeese!!

Did you know that when you're in credit you can ask for it to be sent to you by cheque, they don't take it off you bill it just stays there , I got in touch with British Gas because I was 218 in credit and I was told all this, they sent me a cheque for the amount I was in credit, after all it's my money.
