My immediate thought was: p(O)(CH)ay. However, this word does not exist in Chambers or One Look. Any thoughts?

As I was filling in the Guardian crossword interactively, I used the online version of Chambers to check my answer.

As you correctly point out, Pochay is in the hard copy of Chambers, so this would suggest the online version has been cut down and should not be relied upon.
