Why has it been impossible to buy Rich Tea Finger biscuits for the last 3 months, have they gone the way of the Dodo and T.rex?

Apparently, there has been a flood at the factory that makes them - and Bourbon creams as well 'cos I can't find them anywhere. They should be back in the shops in the next few weeks, so I'm told!
