going blonder

I have golden blond hair and really want to go lighter.

My hairdresser uses highlift tint and bleach but the end result doesn't seem to be brighter than it was at the start, it just seems to cover the roots and blends in better.

Any ideas on how i can get bright blond hair - i don't want the yellow/white look just a kind of ash colour?

Is the colour you want on the colour chart? Are you after platinum hilites or all over.

Get yourself to a prof salon with experienced colorists. Platinum must be done in a salon as timing is all important.
