reinstatement
if ive been reinstated, and my old job as not been fiiled , will i or should i be installed back into my original position, or can they just put me anywhere , i currently work nights.....

If, for example, you are employed as a Bus Driver your employers are perfectly within their rights to engage you as a Cleaner. That may result in Trade Union activity, of course, and I doubt whether any reasonable employer would actually resort to such practice, but there is nothing in law which prevents them doing so.
