House rental in Dublin

I'm looking for a reasonably priced, clean and tidy house with room for up to 13 people (same family) for 4 nights in Dublin in the summer.

Any ideas - or even a clue as to where to start looking.

As usual, any help greatly appreciated.

Try looking at booking.com or venere.com under apartments. Mind you 13 people seems a lot you might have to split into 2 groups.
