An open letter to all ABers ...

Dear ABer,

With the continued downturn in conventional investment opportunities, Jogger Holdings plc ("Jogger") has, for some time, been acquiring shares in AnswerBank.

In compliance with AnswerBank's Articles of Association, all shares have been offered pro rata to the existing shareholders. Given the prevailing market conditions, a significant proportion of these offers has been declined.

Following further negotiations this weekend, we are pleased to announce that Jogger now holds a 79% controlling interest in AnswerBank.

We have invited "The Ed" to continue in his role as Editor, but subject to the overall control of Jogger.

We are considering an option to "hive off" the more viable Sections of AnswerBank, and to sell off the less attractive Sections. The only Sections which are likely to be retained are:

Health and Fitness
ChatterBank
Sport

Please Take Notice that, henceforth, all decisions concerning AnswerBank (including decisions as to what is or is not acceptable) will be made by Jogger.

I know they were playing Rangers yesterday at Pittodrie. I know this because I was out washing my car (Dad was unavailble *eyeroll* and a bunch of Rangers fans were walking past singing "Aberdeen are full of $hite", which I thought was rather charming of them. LOL.

But yes, BJ, Aberdeen are known as sheep $haggers LOL.
