just would like to know can i get done if i call a solicitor a **** and dick head and incompetant lol.
I would really like to punch him on the nose or give him a black eye lol

You have obviously been missing the "Jonathan Ross Show" of late, but as you may be aware he was suspended for something less than your own threats on here.

But seriously, there is a way to complain about an incompetent Solicitor and that's through the Law Society who will investigate your complaints, if indeed they are genuine. To threaten to use violence is an offence against the criminal code and you are likely to land yourself in "hot water" merely for using threatening words or behaviour, so I advise you to desist.

Just like if you have an incompetent MP or a Government in power which demonstrates no confidence the best and most effective democratic way in England is through the Ballot Box and not some revolution.
