New digibox (part two)
5 Answers
I decided to reset the connections according to the users guide for the DVD/VCR recorder, but this was a disaster, the DVD recorder would not work.
They suggested the following set-up
Outside aerial to DVD recorder
DVD recorder aerial socket to TV
1st DVD recorder scart connection to TV
2nd DVD scart connection to digibox.
My previous set-up was outside aerial to digibox, then to DVD recorder, then to TV.
Digibox scart 1 to TV and scart 2 to DVC recorder
DVD recorder scart to TV
Hope this makes sense, grateful for any suggestions

Just a thought-are subtitles turned on on your new digibox?
Using your sky remote, press services, then system setup,
then languages and subtitles. Subtitles should be the top one.
With subtitles highlighted, if it says off, use the triangular button to the right of the select button to change it to on. Move down to highlight save new settings, then press select to save new settings. Press back up to return to TV. Have given simple instructions to follow, just in case you are not familiar
with the Sky remote. Hope this helps.
