Do you have any anniversaries that you do something special on?

Or are all the days the same for you?

Apart from birthday pretty much the same. I do light a candle on my nannas though, and also my friends little girls bday who died.

I think , personally , that some days should be different, set aside really.

My hubby works away so is not usually here for birthdays or anniversaries but my mate's husband is made to have a day off work for all birthdays, even the dog's ! She says it's part of the bonding process !! The mind boggles. Her kids are nearly grown up !

I dont ever understand why people by gifts for when they started going out, as then you have to buy them for your engagement, when you get married, then valentines, it could go on forever

Nothing special at the moment unfortunately.....tho i try to have some quiet time on the anniversary of my mums death.
It is harder....if that is the correct word...to acknowledge or even bother when on your own....as many special days revolve around family.

for some reason, i celibrate with a drink every saturday (when im off work). bin doing it since i was 14.

i have a anniversary on the 17 th march 06 when my daughter saw sense and got rid of her partner ,best day for a long time lol haha
