TV height

I posted this in technology which may have been the wrong place - any ideas?

I need to raise up my flat screen TV on its existing table by approx 10 cms. It needs to stand on something approx 50 cms x 21 cms. I have looked at monitor stands but these all seem to be approx 30 cms square - any suggestions?

get someone to make a 'box' that height, painted or stained same as table?

get higher table?

build shelf at suitable height?

weeal the box is unfortunately looking like the only answer. I have just bought a Philips sound bar with the intention of standing it on the front of the (very expensive) TV table with the TV behind it. Of course if I'd had half a brain I would have realised that it would mask the bottom 3/4 inches of the bl**dy screen!!
I cannot put it on a shelf below as it is not open shelving.

thanks anyway weeal - will probably end up buying another TV stand - problem is this one was quite an expensive present but I'd rather buy a new one which looks good than have a 'botched' job.
