Can anyone help me find out more about the old jargon of Crib? Phrases like 'Morgan's Orchard' (2 pairs) come to mind but I can't remember much more

Two for his heels, when a jack is turned up from the "cut"
Nineteen, meaning you have no score ( it's impossible to score 19)
sorry but its that long since I've played they are the only ones to come to mind
