There is no sanity in the world. Today Shell announced profits for the last quarter of �3.4bn. So how do the media announce it "Shell profits hit" isn't it enough that company makes money any more, is it simply the greed for growth that makes the economy look so bad. Its totally ridiculous that a multi billon profit can be seen to be a "bad result" total insanity.

E-on announce job cuts you can't tell me that they need to save money, they are using the economic situation to ruin peoples lives for the great god profit.

Something really needs to be done its appaling.

Thier profits for twelve months are up. Yes if you were a shareholder you might have a grivence but from where I sit it looks like unfettered paranoia and greed.

Yes - I am all for the free market economy, but to report a profit, any profit, let alone one of those proportions as bad news is just plain wrong.
