Getting rid of extra toolbar in explorer?

I have just bought a new pc but there is an additional toolbar above the traditional one.how do i get rid of it please? i have already got rid of the aol toolbar under tools but can find no further options

Have you tried right clicking on an empty part of the toolbar, then unticking the one you don't want?
