I'll just go and submit the paperwork for funding for the post and give it a couple of years this place should have processed that in full and be in a position to offer you the chance to complete an application form!

Actually it's another layer management we're short of Gormless. Management are really useful and sort out all our problems and create no bottle necks in the system and are in no way to blame for the reason I'm taking an hour out before working late on Friday... again.

Give me more hospital management. They're the saviours of NHS.
