ipod!!!

For some reason half of my songs on my Ipod Mini have decided to not play.
When I click onto them they just pass onto the next song like as if they're not there!!
What do I do? What's happened? I don't have any of the songs backed up.
Can you copy and paste songs into an Ipod like you would any other mp3 player?

You could try reformatting your ipod (see the owner's manual) but that'll mean losing the music that is currently on there. Make back ups next time!
