Does anyone know what you can eat and drink along with Slim Fast shakes, apart from other slim fast products which can be a bit expensive? Also, stupid question maybe but can i still have a glass of wine to go with my "Proper Dinner" TIA

No point doing Slimfast if you are going to cheat. Sounds to me like your heart isn't really in it?

It's not actually my heart I'm worried about, it's my belly! But yes I know what you mean, but come on in today's stressful world; God I need at least one drink at the end of the week!

How about Weight Watchers, I'm on it and it's a great system.

You can have proper food for less points than a slimfast shake if you eat sensibly and you can factor wine and treats into your points allowance.
