This site may harm your computer?

Hey guys can anyone tell me why I have "this site may harm your computer" under every website list by google? Then when I click on it it tells me that its a Malware warning please help have I a virus? and how can i mend it?

Hi lexi i had that as well was really worried,but stiil need to update my avg status,as it has 2 issues but i cant seem to do it!!!
