Only just realised that Howard Keel is playing a Native American lol Would that happen now??? Or any time in the last 20 years come to that, very odd casting but can't say i ever realised before that he had done that! Guess Jay Silverheels was busy.

Yes I watched this also dot, but I best not make any comment regarding Howard Keel playing a 'Native American' in case I am accused of being racist.

What I did find rather strange was, how did the horses manage to break free just before the wagon went over the cliff edge?

Why didn't they collect up the Gold dust after the women had scooped up the flour? I know it would have been mixed up with dust and flour, but it had got to be easier than panning for gold.

Why did we not see anymore of the villain's gang, or the rest of the hostile Native Americans, or did we? but I must have dropped off.
