I went in. I work on a school site and it was closed but a colleague and I had to stay and make about 200 phone calls to people telling them not to come to evening classes. We were the only idiots there

I made the effort and my big boss came up to me and thanked me.

Also we were allowed to go home early and I went just after 2pm.

It is still coming down heavy here in North London and it must be up to 8 inches deep.

i got to work fine no snow but the journey home........ well snow fell from lunch time and for a normal 20-25 min journey it took over 2 hours
