I took some frying steak out the freezer which I'm going to fry with some chips and post to BM. I'm fine BM. Had a weird flu-like thing at the weekend which has passed now. What is a Sip feed btw? Just curious.

I cut my beek steak into 2" squares, which slightly shrink into bite size peices, so I'll keep some for you bm! ;o}

Tigger , the Sip feeds are fortified milk drinks with added proteins and fats etc . that you keep in the fridge and sip through the day as you like . I'll tell you what they taste like when I try one . x
