Most service parts are compatible with other makes of car so they will continue. Specialist parts may become more difficult to obtain, such as internal dashboard electrics, window motors, engine components etc. (many different types of engine/variants so older types may not be replaced but newer ones may). When I worked at a Rover garage UNIPART was the Rover authorised main parts supplier.
