Is it time to change the British Flag

The flag should stay as it is until Northern Ireland, or Scotland, leaves the United Kingdom.

I propose updating the flag with a very small 'up' arrow in the top right hand corner.

I would like to see someone come up with a new design. The flag is not representative of the UK and is exclusive rather than inclusive. I suppose the main objection would come from the queen and all those army people who tend to live in the past, but we've got to move on.

Historically, flying the Union Flag upside down was a distress signal. So maybe with the current climate, upside down is appropriate.
