Flue location
I live in a small row of terrace houses and my house is the last one.I had an extention built some years ago and the only door to my property now looks up the row due to it being at right angles.
My neigbour has had a new boiler fitted and the flue is at ground level and all the steam/fumes now flow towards and into my entry point. This now means my door has to stay closed. Is this legal.

Since it is a replacement boiler it is very likely it was legal before so it will be now.
New boilers are condensing types so produce a plume of visible water droplets - disconcerting perhaps, but no different from before -you just couldn't see it before.
