losing broadband internet connection

has anyone got any idea why my internet connection keeps terminating, but only when i go into outlook express, and click send/receive, i can look at webpages ok, just when i go into outlook express!!

Hello Chelsea. In Outlook Express, Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of the sceen, then click 'Options'.

Now click the 'Connection' tab, and untick the box which says "Hang Up after Sending and Receiving".

Hopefully that should sort you out!
