I am going to make a chasni sauce and am looking for a tomatoey one but have never bought a paste before.

i use Pataks haysi but never used a tomatoey one ,Whiffey is the curry man by all accounts.

no.know I rated you then my connection crashed so couldn't post my reply. I did buy Pataks curry paste with ginger together, unfortunately (or fortunately if you have tasted my cooking) I haven't had time to make the chasni yet.
