80s kid's TV
I saw the Sky advert this week stating that "kids are the fiercest critics...that's why their television is so good".
To put this theory to the test, I stayed in yesterday afternoon and watched for about 4 hours of absolute rubbish.
80's kids TV was amazing. Rainbow, Teddy Ruxpin, Greenfingers, the incredibly violent but iconic Thundercats, Bagpuss (i'm sure the creators must have been tripping on acid), MASK, D.o.t.e., Trapdoor (PCP must have been involved, etc

Tracey Beaker is good, I think we could do with more like the Magic School Bus or that one that nobody can remember Once Upona Time .... Life. Tweenies always seems pretty popular with my neice and friend's kids, as does the timeless classic Thomas the Tank Engine.
