Internet connection problems
Although I am connected to the internet when I try to open explorer a message comes up saying that address cannot be found. When I right click on the icon it states that I ma connected local access only. My laptop is new and is vista. I also bought it with Three connection. This isn't working at all. This is a new development as when I first bought the laptop in December it was working fine. I am connected to BT Broadband by wireless. Diagnostic testing states that I am unplugged, need to refresh my IP address or could be interference from a microwave etc. When I plug in directly to the modem it still does not work. I have also disconnected the modem etc. Can anyone help?

If so............it could be a good old conflict problem.
Rather than endlessly chase conflicts and other problems............remove completely (using Ccleaner perhaps) all traces of both broadband connections......pick the one you want..............and re install completely
Good luck
