well in case you beleived the pizza one they had on yesterday it was total rubbish pizza does not mean slice in Italian. a pizza is pizza ! its the name of the food.

According to this article from Wikipedia it originates from an old italian word meaning to pluck from the oven.

Well Mr Veritas I knew it was wrong because I'm fluent in Italian, but most people would have not noticed this stupidity and would have beleived it, if we have to check every factoid then theres no point in listening to the show
