Blonde female singer, new song, scant details

I saw a video down the gym this morning and would like to find out more about the artist.

It's a new song, sung by a 'kooky looking' girl with short blonde hair. She's a guitarist and she has one of those croaky voices like Diana Vickers (X Factor contestant).

The song is mid-tempo folksy pop and the chorus (I think) includes the line, "Come into my arms".

Any ideas?
