i have a seventeen year old daughter and she has been asked to work two night shifts per week one on a thursday from 1.00 am till 7.30 am and the other shift is saturday 5.00 pm till sunday 9.00 am she works as a taxi phone operator i was wondering if it was legal? as i heard you have to be 18 to work nights, i do know that there is exceptions but i dont think taxi operators come into that.
