Sorry but this is very unlikely to have much of an effect. The only products with a high enough hydrogen peroxide content to produce a good result and have any staying power will be those from your dentist, which unfortunately are quite expensive!
Home whitening products are generally very poor, sometimes a result can be achieved but it generally doesn't last long. Some products (not sure if these would still be allowed on the market) "work" by dying your gums redder so your teeth only appear whiter!
I would advise you to speak to a dentist regarding laser whitening, it only takes between 45 to 90 minutes and it lasts for ages! The cost does run into the hundreds but with whitening you really do get what you pay for.
It might be worth thinking about why you are not happy with the colour of your teeth? Is it due to coffee, tea, red wine or cigarettes? Some people do just have naturally darker teeth but this generally means they are stronger so if this is the case think yourself lucky.
Whatever you decide to do I would strongly advise against using a whitening toothpaste as they are very abrasive, meaning you could be brushing away your enamel. Apart from the chronic sensitivity this would cause, it weakens the teeth and actually makes them appear yellower in the long run as you would be destroying what is the whitest part of the tooth. However Colgate do a mouthwash called Peroxyl which is a bit harsh but excellent for the gums and does have a slight whitening effect due to its peroxide content.
Hope this helps!
