a few weeks ago someone kindly supplied me with details of how to contact symantec by remote contact. Due to illness I was not able to do this straight way but have now lost the address. I want to change the back-up schedule on my external drive but seem to get lost. I wish to save from drive D to drive F but somehow "get lost" how to do it. If this person reads this letter would they please re-send this website. Thank you
