Who is the writer, original female recording artist ,and title of the song that has these lyrics as part of the chorus?

"Calling all Angels, this is Star Fleet Command, we've misused our free will and messed with the plan."

I think it was recorded in 1990 / 91, category, Contemporary, Light Jazz.

It's from a Eliza Gilkyson CD called Pilgrims.
A beautiful song.

The album was her bebut and came out in about 1987, the song is called 'calling all angels'
