dream analysis

i'm quite interested in dream analysis, and usually look up what my dreams mean on the internet as im also doing about it at college
last night i don't remember having a dream but when i woke up my mom told me she'd heard me crying really badly in my sleep, i cant find anything on the internet about this so i was wondering if anyone knew what it could mean ?
i am quite puzzled
did anyone else have any weird dreams last night?

crying or talking in your sleep can be a sign of stress.

however to sob/cry as if wakened while asleep can be good for the soul as it is a sign that the repressed emotions your subconscious is trying to deal with have an outlet.

not done it for years and just happened upon you post but maybe its something i'd like to get back into ...fate or what!!! i was looking on here for a new hobby :)

Maybe a slightly different tangent but I woke up this morning pondering the mystery of dreams.

I awoke at 6.10am. knew the alarm wasnt going off until 6.30am. I fell asleep and had a vivid dream of which all the details I could recall.

There were various locations and happenings and it seemed a fairly 'full length' dream. I awoke from the dream at 6.17am. Taking into account I was only asleep for 5 minutes time seems to have no meaning in dreams, it certainly seemed like more than 5 minutes worth!
