How do I change a court date or to a telephone hearing?

My daughter is due in court for a drunk and disorderly charge on 3 March but has finally been offered a place at a rehab course for 18 months (been on a waiting list for almost a year). However, they will not accept her while she has to attend court as it means breaking her detox.

Who do I need to contact to try and arrange to change the court date? If she misses this chance at long term rehab, who knows when she will get another. Thanks.

Try contacting the police officer dealing with the case and phoning the court.
