Can someone tell me how i would go about making myself bankrupt , and the implications of doing so . Sadly i may have to go down that road . Thank you if you can help .

Also the CAB will be able to help you weigh up your options and decide it is worth it in your circumstances. Perhaps a debt maagement plan would be useful, depending on how bad the situaltion is.
