sea cadet colours

i found out that ther are no current sea cadets on ab at the moment but i need one to help.

i need to make sure i know everything for the colours ceremony but can't find a script or anything on the net or even the sea cadets website. and i tried youtubing it to see if theres a video ofit but there isnt. where should i look. it isnt the end of theworldif i don't but its tonight but i wil jsut have time to ask someone buti'd prefer if i could find it out more than 10 mins before i do it.
