pennys in covent garden?

a friend of mine told me she went shopping in a place in covent garden. she said at the time it was called pennys, and was somewhere near floral street? i've tried to find it on the internet, but cant. does it exist, and is it actually penneys? it could be she meant primark, as penneys is the irish version of the same store.

Not wishing to state the obvious... but couldn't you ask your friend to be a little more specific i.e. what it was actually called and where it really was?!
